Policies:
Mandatory use of registration name badges will be enforced for admittance to all conference events, meals, sessions & exhibit hall.
Registrations without payment will not be processed until payment is received.
Registrations must be postmarked by March 5, 2010 to receive the Early Bird registration rate.
Cancellations: A request for a refund must be written and postmarked no later than March 1, 2010. A $25.00 administrative fee will be charged for requests after 3/01/10. No refunds after March 6, 2010.

You must contact Grand Traverse Resort directly. MRWA does not handle your lodging arrangements.
All hotel registration requests must be made by February 16, 2010.
Cancellation and/or changes affecting arrival/departure dates must be made 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid penalties.

Hotel Guestroom $99.00
Tower Guestroom $119.00

Rates are subject to a 6% state tax and 2% local hospitality assessment fee.
If tax-exempt, please provide a copy of your tax-exempt certificate on your organization's letterhead.
A nightly $9.95 Resort Fee will be added to the above rates.
Rates are based on single or double occupancy. Additional adults will be charged $15 per person per night.
