Everything changes. Markets...customers...technology...competitors... Everything! And each change produces the need to create a new solution. But change is not easy. Success often ties business and industry to the past. The very things that produce today's success often times create tomorrow's failure. Just look at American automobile manufactures for a classic example.
As change continues, the temptation in business and industry is to compete head to head with competitors. But this strategy is becoming less and less effective as the marketplace becomes more and more competitive. A better approach is to make the competitor irrelevant by changing the game. This strategic change is called "value innovation" and that's what this workshop is all about!
